Good Citizen Awards
Lynda is a qualified trainer for The Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Training Scheme (GCTDS) – the largest dog and puppy training programme in the UK.
This dog and puppy training scheme is open to all dogs, young or old, pedigree or crossbreed. These courses promote the responsibilities of dog ownership by equipping owners with the knowledge they need to train their dogs for everyday life situations.
Puppy Foundation course
Kennel Club Group Course (4 x 90 minutes) – £144
Course dates & times: Every Tuesday from 2nd January to 23rd January: 6pm – 7.30pm.
This Puppy Foundation course is ideal for puppies up to six months old who have had their full course of vaccinations.
A basic introduction to skills including handling, walking nicely on a lead, stay and recall. Providing a perfect foundation from which to progress to either our Puppy/Adolescent Progression Course or continue on to the Kennel Club bronze, silver and gold training programmes.

Bronze Award course
Kennel Club Group Course (6 x 50 minutes) – £144
For dogs who have completed the GCDTS Puppy Foundation Course, Puppy/Adolescent Progression Course or are over one year old.
The course includes further training on skills learnt on these course, as well as walking nicely on a lead, stay, socialisation and handler skills. Each handler and dog are assessed by a qualified external examiner at week six with the goal of achieving a recognised UK certification.

Silver Award
Kennel Club Group Course (6 x 50 minutes) – £144
For dogs who have completed the GCDTS Bronze course.
The course includes higher level training on subjects including stay, recall, handler knowledge and walking nicely off-lead. Each handler and dog are assessed by a qualified external examiner at week six, with the goal of achieving a recognised UK certification.

Gold Award
Kennel Club Group Course (6 x 50 minutes) – £144
For dogs who have completed the GCDTS Silver course.
The course includes advanced level training on subjects including out-of-sight, stay and emergency stop. Each handler and dog are assessed by a qualified external examiner at week six, with the goal of achieving a recognised UK qualification.

General training
Alongside the Good Citizen Dog Training Scheme, Lynda also runs a variety of one-to-one sessions and courses. She specialises in rescue puppy, UK sniffer dog and ‘Kids around dogs’ training.
One-to-One Perfect Puppy
1 x 60 minute session – £135
For puppies up to seven months of age. This session covers issues that include separation anxiety, toilet training, nipping and jumping up. Tailored to suit your puppy.

One-to-One Perfect Puppy Course
6 x 60 minute course – £480
For puppies up to seven months of age. This course covers general behavioural issues including separation, anxiety, nipping through to basic walking nicely on a lead and recall. Tailored to suit your puppy.

Puppy/Adolescent
Progression course (4 x 60 minute group course) – £132
For puppies aged seven to 14 months with some previous training. A perfect follow-on group course from our Puppy Foundation Award to practice and perfect those skills.

For puppies aged seven to 14 months with some previous training. A perfect follow-on course to practice, perfect and advance their training journey.

Walk & Train
3 x 60 minute sessions – £285
Learn how to stop your dog lunging, pulling and barking and turn your walk into a calm and relaxed exercise.

Recall
3 x 60 minute sessions – £285
Learn the ways of calling your dog and getting their response. Held in an enclosed field and quiet public area. Dates to be arranged following application. Discounts can be applied if additional training is required.

Behaviour Assessment
60 minute session – £140
This session is available to any dog of any age that is experiencing behaviour issues, for example: seperation. Includes a questionnaire and follow up report.
